Study Groups

The Egyptian Study Society has several study groups for members. If you are a new member, feel free to contact the people listed below, or ask other members about these groups when you attend one of the regular monthly presentations.

The Ancient Records Study Group

The Ancient Records Group is devoted to all topics Egyptian and of mutual interest. Recent topics of discussion have included "The 1000 Names of Isis" and "A Speculation on the Name Ptah."

Meetings are at Regis University, Main Hall, from 7 to 9 pm, in room 130. We currently meet on a Tuesday, once a month.

The Art Study Group

The Egypt Work Group

This group meets at 5:30 PM on Monday at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Contact Jeff for further information.

The Hieroglyph Study Group

The Mummy Study Group
